On Instagram, Gal recently shared a touching moment with her followers. The picture captures her taking a break from working out, with her daughter laying beside her on a yoga mat. She looks stunning in a vintage Wonder Woman tank top and matching shorts that highlight her toned arms and legs. Fans, including celebrities like Kate Hudson and Gisele Bündchen, showed their love for the post. Gal works hard to maintain her physique for her superhero roles, dedicating two hours every day to intense Marvel workouts. Her trainer, Magnus Lygdback, creates various exercises to target specific body parts and allow for appropriate recovery time.
Gal participated in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions involving an assault bike and a treadmill, along with abs exercises every day. Her trainer, Lygdback, helped her develop a meal plan that would fuel her for six hours of daily training. Gal consumed three meals and two snacks per day, which consisted of whole foods, protein, complex carbohydrates, vegetables, and healthy fats. She avoided high-glycemic carbs like white bread to maintain her energy levels. For breakfast, she ate poached eggs with quinoa, tomato, and avocado. For her morning snack, she enjoyed a small salad with tomatoes, seeds, and cured meats. Lunch included grilled fish, such as tuna, with grilled bok choy, pickled radishes, baby broccoli, and peppers.
During an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Gal revealed her favorite midday snack and dinner options, as well as her preferred workout routine. For her midday snack, she enjoys a one-of-a-kind salad made with grilled mackerel, seeds, and guacamole, while for dinner, she indulges in a decadent meal of steak, kale, kimchi, and wild rice. In her free time, Gal likes to unwind with more laid-back exercises, such as paddleboarding and TRX.
